Recognizing this issue, Fisher Educational Services (FES) has strategically packaged this app with a DI Lesson Tracker tool and some key "follow-ups and tips" based on nearly 35 years of experience.
The DI Lesson Tracker should help a DI teacher not only keep up with the lessons taught, but also help monitor their lesson pacing progress based on the number of lessons taught in the available student days.
FES UP also consists of sixteen (16) Direct Instruction "follow-ups and tips" for teachers to use as a tool to help reinforce the training they should have already received.
Included are several videos, sound clips, and documents that review and demonstrate some of the most important elements of Direct Instruction.
The "follow-ups and tips" are presented on two easy-to-use menu screens.
